Orders

Question 1: How long does it take to assemble my custom PC?

At DMB Tech, every custom rig will take 4 hours to build and deliver (for Klang Valley addresses only). For orders outside of Klang Valley, building plus delivery may take between 3-14 working days. We bring it to your very doorsteps, and for no delivery charge*. However, do note that our custom rigs are only available for Malaysian users for now. We do not provide international shipment.

Question 2: What is your cancellation policy?

You must contact us at dmbcustomersupp@gmail.com. However, despite contacting us, we cannot change nor cancel your order once it has already been processed.

Question 3: Would I be able to change my order specifications after ordering?

Because all PCs are made to order, we are unable to change the specifications of your order once it has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Question 4: How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to track online. To track the progress of your order, please paste the tracking number on the official courier portals listed.

Question 5: How long does it take to ship my order? *

* Klang Valley: Same day delivery, within 4 hours.
* West Malaysia: estimated 3-14 working days.
* East Malaysia: estimated 3-14 working days.

Warranty

Question 6: Help! Something’s not working in my desktop! What should I do? 1.

1. Please send us a WhatsApp message to 014-371-888 or email your issue to dmbcustomersupp@gmail.com with your PC serial number, and a description of the problem you’re experiencing. Please include any photographs or videos to support your description.
2. We will evaluate your issue and try our best to resolve it remotely. But if the issue is complex and required further diagnosis, we will request for you to send your PC to our HQ for a physical diagnosis. 3. After we determine the above, please give our Technical & Support team at least 7 working days to diagnose your issue and update you with a solution.

Question 7: How long will the repair service take?

The estimated time for repairs will vary, depending on these factors:
* The current RMA queue of PCs and other hardware in the repair process
* The severity of your issue
* The availability of the parts needed for your hardware replacement, if applicable

Please note that The RMA queue will be on a first-come-first serve basis.

Question 8: Will my warranty expire once I claimed it?

No, your warranty is still valid as long as your issue is covered under our warranty terms AND claimed within your warranty period.

Question 9: My warranty period has expired. Can I still send my custom PC if I need to repair?

Yes, you can send your PC to DMB Tech HQ and we will check your issue. However, you will be responsible for paying any shipping cost incurred (if you ship the PC) and the additional charge for servicing and repairing.

Question 10: Can I extend my warranty period after it has expired?

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the product warranty due to the manufacturer’s Terms & Conditions.
